• Citizen Oversight Committee on Half-Percent Sales Tax meetings are scheduled as needed (but not less than once annually) and held in the City Hall Council Chambers.

As a service to Internet users, the agendas are also posted on this web site. Every effort is made to upload the information in a timely fashion. • Mother & Son Dinner Dance

  Where: Grover Beach Community Center, 1230 Trouville Ave.
  Fee: $45 per couple, $20 for each additional son.

• Whale Tail Grants Program
  The California Coastal Commission sponsors a program that distributes funds from the sale of Whale Tail License Plates. Grants support programs that teach California children and the general public to value and take action to improve the health of the state's marine and coastal resources. Adopt-A-Beach programs, California Coastal Cleanup Day, as well as other beach maintenance and coastal habitat restoration projects that have an educational component, are also eligible for these grants.
