City of Grover Beach
Storm Water Management Program
The City of Grover Beach is preparing a Storm Water Management Program in anticipation of inclusion in the State of California’s National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II General Permit.
The City’s complete Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) document will be reviewed by the Regional Water Quality Control Board and is scheduled for permitting no later than January 2009.
