Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County is currently accepting applications for four (4) homes to be built in Grover Beach in 2009. Applications will be reviewed on the basis of the following criteria: Your family’s actual housing need based on the suitability of your current shelter. Your current income and ability to pay for a Habitat house. Your willingness to participate as a Partner with Habitat for Humanity For families interested in applying for the homes in Grover Beach, please complete a pre-application form: Spanish | English and submit it directly to Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County, Post Office Box 613, San Luis Obispo, CA 93406. Workshops to assist potential homeowners fill out the housing applications will be held: When: Sunday, January 25, 2009, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Where: Ramona Garden Park Community Center, 993 Ramona Ave, Grover Beach When: Saturday, February 21, 2009, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Where: Trouville Community Center, 1230 Trouville, Grover Beach Applicants will need to bring information on their employer, landlord, bank accounts and three personal references. * * The deadline for applications is March 6, 2009 * * .
