Strategy for Economic Development - Economic development has been, and continues to be, a top priority in Grover Beach. The City has invested in the creation of two Redevelopment Project Areas ("Improvement Agency Area One" includes the downtown core, and "Improvement Agency Area Two" which includes the industrial area south of Farroll Road). Use of the Improvement Agency provides a unique opportunity for the City to utilize Agency resources in an entrepreneurial fashion.
