Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission

The Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission was established by Ordinance in 2005 when the City Council combined the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Grover Beautiful Committee. This Commission is a body of seven citizens that provides recommendations to the City Council and Parks and Recreation Department affecting parks and recreation issues, beautification efforts, and City-sponsored special events.
