Measure K-14 Street Rehabilitation Program
YOUR TAX DOLLAR$ AT WORK

On November 4, 2014 Grover Beach voters approved Measure K-14, the Grover Beach Street Rehabilitation; Safety Improvement Bond Measure. In approving the measure, the City was authorized to issue up to $48 million in bond funds for the repair of local streets over the next 25 years. To date the City Council has approved the issuance of three bonds totaling $28 million in funds.

Completed Projects
As outlined in the Completed K-14 Street Bond Project Map, the City has expended a total of $13 million in bond funds for maintenance and repair of 138 blocks or approximately 11 miles of roadway, representing 35% of all local streets.

At the City Council meeting on November 6, 2017, the Council authorized the third bond sale of $15 million to fund the next round of street rehabilitation projects as outlined below:

Future Measure K-14 Street Rehabilitation Projects
At the City Council meetings of April 6, 2015, June 1, 2015, October 17, 2016, February 20, 2018 and May 21, 2018, the City Council prioritized streets for future projects as identified on the Proposed Future Project Map. Please note, the map only shows those prioritized streets that are not currently identified as a project.
