Fun-filled community events draw hundreds to thousands of participants to our community. Please call the Parks and Recreation Office if you are interested in being a co-sponsor or to volunteer for any of the following scheduled events:

• 5th Annual Cal Poly Women’s Basketball Clinic, for boys and girls in grades 8th and younger - Sunday, October 24th.
• Carved Pumpkin Contest & Halloween Activities -
  Friday, October 29th
• Halloween Maze, for ages 12 and younger -
  Friday, October 29th
• 38th Annual Grover Beach Holiday Parade and Santa’s Workshop Craft Fair - Saturday, December 4th
• Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony - Friday, December 3rd
• Hospice Light Up a Life Ceremony - Tuesday, December 7th
• Holiday of Lights Decorating Contest, for houses and businesses. Awards given in seven categories, decorating deadline - Friday, December 10th
