Grover Beach Train Station

Grover Beach is the site of a Multimodal Transportation Facility, commonly referred to as "The Train Station". The train station amenities include bike racks, bike lockers, electric vehicle charging stations, and 14 day long term parking for Amtrak customers. The Train Station is within a short walking distance of Pismo State Beach, the Beach Boardwalk where visitors enjoy spectacular views overlooking the dunes and Pacific Ocean, the Monarch Butterfly Grove, as well as many local restaurants, shops, and businesses.
Location
Located at the corner of State Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) and W. Grand Avenue in Grover Beach, CA, directions to the entrance for the train station and bus stop are as follows:
- From Highway 1: The entrance for rail passengers and rail-bus service (motor coach), is on the west side of Highway 1, approximately 900 feet south of West Grand Avenue.
- Pedestrians can access commercial, retail, and restaurant businesses located in Grover Beach, California from the train station.
Amtrak Rail Service
Amtrak currently provides rail service with two daily stops of the "Pacific Surfliner" and two daily round trips of connecting buses (motor coach) to destinations in the Central Valley (Hanford) and cities located in Southern California. Amtrak tickets may be purchased onboard the train, online at the Amtrak website or by calling 1-800-USA-RAIL (1-800-872-7245). With a paid reservation and Amtrak reservation number(s), a MetroLink ticket voucher machine is available at the Grover Beach Train Station to pick up your ticket(s).
Parking
There is free parking that serves the multi-modal facility. Amtrak customers can park their vehicles for up to 14 days.
