Grover Beach Municipal Code Article IX

On June 13, 2022, the Grover Beach City Council adopted Ordinance 22-06, a Development Code amendment which revised most of the Chapters. Effective July 13, 2022, the amendment applies to the the area of the City that is not within the Coastal Zone . The area within the Coastal Zone would continue to utilize the previous version until approved by the California Coastal Commission, anticipated in August/September. When accessing Chapters which have both a "Non-Coastal Zone" and "Coastal Zone" version, please ensure that the version applicable for the project site is selected.
