Grover Beach Short-term Rental Survey

The City will be considering revisions to the Short-Term Rental Ordinance at the February 6, 2024 regular Planning Commission meeting. Staff is seeking your input on the existing regulations and program implementation at the following survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GBSTR2024. Your participation will be presented to the Commission for consideration.

  • All Non-Owner-Occupied STR permits have been issued/applied for. You may join the waitlist (see below).
  • Existing permit holders cannot transfer permits to new owners. If you are an existing permit holder and selling your home, please email us at str@groverbeach.org.
