Item 4. Development Permit Application No. 11-014 / Applicant – City National Bank
           Request for approval of a one year time extension for an approved Specific Development Plan, Site and
           Architectural Plans and Coastal Development Permit to develop a 134 room hotel.
           Location: Coastal Zone at 950 El Camino Real (APN 060-011-036) in the Coastal Planned
           Commercial (C-P-C) District.
