PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:

Item 2.  Development Permit Application 14-01 / Applicant - Mike & Deshia Hiebner
            Location: 1750 EI Camino Real, Unit A (APN 060-031-023) in the
            Retail Commercial (RC) Zoning District. 

            This Development Permit Application is a request to adopt a Use Permit to establish
            and operate a microbrewery and bar ("brewpub") in 1,755 square feet of a
            multi-tenant building and 1,200 square feet of outdoor patio area.

Item 3.  Brown Act
           The City Attorney will present a brief overview of the Brown Act.
