Grover Beach Police Chief/Assistant City Manager James ("Jim") Copsey has announced his retirement effective December 26, 2014. The longtime Police Chief and recently appointed Assistant City Manager will be stepping down after 10 years of service with the City of Grover Beach and 27 years in local law enforcement.
