The City of Grover Beach has one (1) seat on the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission currently open due to an unscheduled vacancy. The appointee will be requested to serve the remainder of the term scheduled to expire on March 31, 2017. Terms on the Commission are four-year periods, with no term limits.

The Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission is a body of five citizens that meets on a monthly basis. Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m., with special meetings as needed.
