Starting July 5, 2016, the City of Grover Beach's contractor will begin paving work on 17 City blocks. This project is part of the first phase of street improvement projects funded with more than $5 million in Measure K-14 bond proceeds. Street paving will be occurring at the same time as two other major City projects - the Oak Park Boulevard Rehabilitation Project and the Water Main Upgrade Project. In late July, the City will continue the City-wide Light Maintenance Project, which includes minor repairs and slurry seals on 60 City blocks or just over 4 miles of city roads.
