The Grover Beach Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission and Parks & Recreation Department are proud to announce the winners of the 2016 Business & Residence Holiday of Lights Decorating Contest.

Over 30 businesses, most along West Grand Avenue, were vying for the honor of being the best decorated business in Grover Beach and over 40 homes were nominated for awards.
